I wish it were possible to see screenshots of what these samples look like, or maybe my problem is just that I still need to learn a lot of php basics.  It's probably me.

That's why I was looking for a tutorial, to be honest.  I don't really have a mentor, which is why I'm just moving slowly and trying to grasp one thing at a time as I feel my way, so to speak.

Do you have a screenshot of which captcha script this code generates?  I've seen several versions and a couple I like and a couple I don't, so would like to know what this simple script generates, if possible.  Thanks.

I'm just starting and learning about the setup and coding and such, so right now I'm not using anything on a regular basis.  I guess you could say that I'm experimenting, trying to discover what works best for me in the long term.

For all the beginners, where is the best place to learn about coding and, for that matter, anything related to getting started?

I was just curious how long everyone has been on the internet, or just online for that matter?  I got online in the early to mid-90's before the internet was booming.

At the moment, I have two beautiful dogs.  They are my job and my delight.  I can't imagine being without them.  Cassie is a black lab, age 4, and Tessa is a combo of shepherd/lab/blue heeler and she's 3.  What a pair!

Wow. It looks like we're from all over.  I'm actually from Northern California.  I love it here.  It's a little cold right now, but it's sunny and bright out, so I'm happy.

That's simple enough and quick and easy, which is how I prefer it.  Thanks so much for taking the time to share it.  I needed a calculator code.

Just a quick message to say hello to everyone here on the forum.  Folks call me Orry, which comes from the mini-series North and South.  I love forward to learning and sharing with y'all.
