GMP modular walls have been installed in Clean Room Project throughout the world in a range of applications from pharmaceutical, high technology electronic manufacturing to legislation-controlled healthcare and packaging etc.

The system is readily adaptable to meet the requirements of most clean room classifications as determined by GMP grades used in pharmaceutical applications. Make up panels are produced within the sizing layout of the drawing. Panels are pure/epoxy polyester powder coated to 70-90 microns forming a smooth surface finish with 15-25% Gloss level.

A complete range of partition walls and ceiling systems are available to meet the technical specifications of controlled environment rooms. Ceilings as well as partitions are inert, non particle-shedding, forming part of a clean room aseptic envelope to enable compliance with FDA validation procedures and cGMP standards.

In practice, the biggest source of contaminants in a clean room is the people who working there. So they have to wear bunny suits or moon suites with masks, over-shoes and overalls made by special fabric to avoid introducing any particles in the air by shedding skin flakes, sneezing or even wearing perfume.

The term Sandwich Wall is used in the computer industry to mean repair of hard-disk drives or other data storage media as well as recovery of recorded data that can no longer be accessed for some reason. And generally, clean room recovery covers the following areas: Hard disk recovery: A computer hard disk may crash for a number of reasons like a hardware fault (defective motor, damaged head or controller card), software fault (virus attack, logical failure) or physical abuse like fire or water damage, over-voltage and impact trauma. Crashed disks leave users in the lurch as they are deprived of all data recorded on it. Such disks are brought to a clean room, disassembled, inspected and repaired so that they can be used again.
